1. No Refund on Completed Services

are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

These services require time, energy, and preparation, and therefore cannot be reversed.

22. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• All bookings made with Universe Calling 168 are final once payment is completed.

• No cancellations are allowed under any circumstances after payment.

• Rescheduling may be considered only at our sole discretion, provided a request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

• Requests made less than 24 hours before the session will not be accepted.

• Failure to attend the scheduled session (no-show) will be treated as a completed service, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
